01 Construction points：

Base layer requirements: The base layer must be smooth, free of sand, debris, uneven areas, and deformation joints and cracks in the base layer must be leveled with cement mortar. Pipe fittings, sanitary facilities, and floor drains connected to the base layer must be firm and the joints must be tight. The end should be smooth and no looseness is allowed.

Coating construction: Generally, three coats of coating are required. After the first coating is cured for 12-24 hours, the second coating is applied. The scraping direction is perpendicular to the direction of the first coating. If necessary, use Rigid protective layer, in order to increase the bonding force between the waterproof layer and the rigid protective layer, clean sand can be sparsely sprinkled on the surface of the coating film before it is completely cured. After the coating film with sand particles solidifies, , and then carry out rigid protective layer construction.

Detail processing: first apply a layer of paint on the Yin and Yang corners and the root of the pipe, then lay the reinforcement layer (fiberglass cloth or non-woven fabric, etc.), and make the paint completely penetrate the reinforcement layer.

02Matters need attention:

Once turned on, use it within half an hour. When the product is stored for a long time, a thin film may form on the surface of the paint, which can be removed during use without affecting the use effect.

It is strictly forbidden to walk on the waterproof layer before the coating is cured. It is strictly forbidden to damage the waterproof layer with heavy objects and sharp objects. The construction site must be ventilated, and construction workers should be equipped with safety helmets, gloves, work shoes and other protective supplies to avoid skin and eye irritation. No fire sources are allowed on site.

Restricted use: rain, snow, wind and sand, low temperature weather.

Storage and transportation:Store in a dry room, away from fire and heat sources. During storage, it should be placed upside down with the bucket mouth facing down. Avoid collision and exposure to sun and rain during transportation.

Reference dosage:For each millimeter of coating film thickness, the amount of paint used is approximately:2.2kg/㎡-2.5kg/㎡.
