Description:

Polymer self-adhesive film (non-asphalt-based) waterproofing membrane is a waterproof material specially developed for building waterproofing pre-paving parts. The membrane is composed of polymer sheet, polymer self-adhesive film, and anti-adhesive layer. Non-asphalt-based polymer pre-paved waterproofing membrane developed to achieve integration with the concrete structure.

The polymer self-adhesive film and the uninitialized cement slurry in the concrete penetrate through the anti-adhesive layer through creep under pressure, forming effective interpenetrating bonding and huge intermolecular force. After the concrete is cured, the gap between the polymer pre-paved waterproof membrane and the main body of the structure is permanently sealed to the maximum extent, completely eliminating water channels.

01.Construction conditions：

1) Underground waterproofing projects shall not be constructed in rainy days, snowy days, and winds of level 5 and above; the ambient temperature conditions for waterproofing material construction should comply with the following regulations.

2) High-density polyethylene (HDPE) self-adhesive film waterproofing membrane: the construction temperature should not be lower than 5℃.

02 Construction points：

Base layer cleaning: remove and clean the protrusions on the base layer before waterproofing construction;

Paving the membrane: Place the anti-adhesive layer of the membrane facing up and lay it on the cushion;

Coiled material overlap:long edge overlap: remove the isolation film on the rolled material overlap and directly overlap and roll it;Short side overlap: Special self-adhesive tape (single- and double-sided) is used when the coils are overlapped, and the overlap can also be welded;

Follow-up construction:After the construction of the waterproof layer is completed, steel bars can be tied and concrete poured.

02Matters need attention：

※Products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately to avoid mixing.

※The height of the rolled materials should not exceed five layers when laid flat. They should be stacked in a single layer when stored vertically. Avoid tilting or lateral pressure during transportation.

※Avoid sunlight and rain, cover with felt cloth if necessary, pay attention to ventilation, storage temperature should not be higher than 45℃.

※No contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents.
