Special maintenance project for the Xinxian section of Daguang Expressway

Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway, referred to as Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway, also known as Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway, is one of the main north-south trunk lines of China's national expressway network.

The line starts from Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province in the north to Guangzhou City in Guangdong Province in the south, passing through Jilin Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Beijing City, Hebei Province, Henan Province, Hubei Province, Jiangxi Province, and Guangdong Province, with a total length of 3,437 kilometers. , with a design speed of 80 to 120 kilometers per hour.

On August 15, 2022, in order to improve the road operation quality and service level of the Xinxian Section of Daguang Expressway in Henan Province ("Southern Henan Expressway") and enhance the economic and social benefits throughout the life cycle, it was agreed to implement the Daguang Expressway in Henan Province Special project for quality improvement and upgrading of the new county section.

All tunnels in this special project require waterproofing, leakage plugging and maintenance operations, and Yuru water-soluble polyurethane materials and accompanying services (including but not limited to packaging, transportation, loading and unloading, technical services, after-sales services, etc.) were selected. The Yuru product used in this project is a hydrophilic polyurethane grouting material, which is a nonflammable hydrophilic polyurethane resin designed to plug joints and cracks in concrete from water infiltration. It has high elongation creates tight seal in moving cracks. Non-corrosive, highly adaptable, suitable for high-speed protection and plugging applications.
